About myself

I am the Assistant Golf Course Superintendent at Quail Hollow Country Club, Weiskopf course in Painesville Ohio.  

I have been in the golf course maintenance for almost 10 years. I have been employed at Elyria Country Club Elyria Ohio, Westwood Country Club Rocky River Ohio, and Firestone Country Club Akron Ohio.

I received my Associate's Degree in Turfgrass Management from The Ohio State University in May 2014 and an Associate's Degree in Business Management from Lorain County Community College in December 2013. 

I am married to my wife Kim for almost 7 years and have two fur babies Max and Theo. 

11 Weiskopf Tee - Brush Clearing

We have started clearing the brush from the hillside to open the view up to the fairway which was a blind shot.  December 1

We have cleared from the ladies tee out approximately 30 yards and will continue clearing back to the blue tee. 

Looking pretty good. 

As weather is conducive to be outdoors we will continue on this project. 

More pictures to follow next week as highs will be in the mid 40s. 

6 Weiskopf Tee - Brush clearing

6 Weiskopf Tee brush clean up. The main goal was to open up the view of the fairway and the right side fairway bunker.

Making some progress. Now able to see some of the fairway. 

Almost there.  November 30. 

Project fully completed. Now able to see the complete fairway and most of the fairway bunkers from the blue tee marker area. December 1. Will post another picture soon.
